What is a Transaction Coordinator?

A Transaction Coordinator will assist the real estate agent/broker with the processing procedures that come along with a real estate contract.  Will use systems to collect, file, and receive signatures for documents, organize dates and deadlines set by the contract, communicate and follow up with the parties involved to make sure all steps for the file are completed and ready for closing.

What if my transaction falls through, is there a cancellation fee?

Possibly, depends on termination date. Negotiable with Agent.   

If I have a transaction already open, can you take over?

Yes, definitely I can pick up where you left off

That will be completely up to you and what you are comfortable with. If you would like us to, you can be assured you will be included in all communication.

What if I am in a different county than you?

No problem, the process is the same. I serve all of Colorado.

How will I access my files?

All documents, disclosures, and relevant information will be updated and uploaded to the software of your choosing. Well versed in CTMe contracts, Skyslope, and HomeSmart -RSA system.
