Keri Conklin founded Grand Valley TC in 2022. She started her career in real estate as a licensed residential agent in 2005. After just 18 months in the industry, Keri obtained her GRI designation.
After a few years in the business, Keri realized she thrived in the details of a transaction and behind-the-scenes coordination. Since 2008 Keri has been a personal assistant to high-volume agents, acting on the other side of the transaction through real estate transaction coordinating.
Keri provides thoughtful, efficient, and effective transaction management with detailed checklists created from actual real estate experience.
Her strength is in detailed work, expertise in the industry, and an ability to create a successful system. Keri pledges to the Realtor code of ethics and professionalism.
